Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan, where practitioners use their hands to channel healing energy into the recipient's body. Life force energy flows through all living things, and when this energy is balanced through Reiki, the body can heal itself.

Reiki is practiced and taught in many different ways and this diversity has been expanding over the years. The Usui Reiki Association (TURA) actively supports the Reiki community in Singapore by providing advocacy. Through the process of credentialling, we strive to establish a recognised standard for both the practice and teaching of Usui Reiki.
