Personal Biography

Eckshar is the founder of Saviour Consultations. She is a Usui Reiki teacher, Psychotherapist, Counsellor, Sekhem practitioner, and SleepTalk Consultant passionate about empowering others to gain healthy well-being. She aims to form a holistic therapeutic approach known as intuitive therapy, whereby she uses energy healing modalities (e.g. Reiki and sekhem) to complement talk therapy, such as Psychotherapy, Counselling and SleepTalk process to enhance the self-realization process of her clients who need psychological assistance.

Eckshar continues to teach and practice Reiki and incorporate it into her therapeutic practice to motivate everyone at any age to seek healthy well-being through self-awareness.
